21 Golden Steps is one of the first drains that we recommend to new comers for urbex as its just a nice walk from a manhole to the infall. Its extremely easy to get inside and has no harm full objects or surfaces, overall its just a nice walk and a great drain for pictures (unless the water vapor is in the air). Currently the outfall to this drain to completely submerged just upstream from the Three Tenors outfall.
